Q: What does it mean for a shirt or another of clothing to be “Butter Washed”?

A: Butter Washing is a laundering technique used during the finishing process to make any garment noticeably softer. Aside from making garments super soft, this method of washing also reduces the risk of shrinkage in all future washes and is wrinkle resistant.

 

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Most orders that are placed by 3 p.m. CST on HooksNHulls.com will ship that same day. In general, orders are processed to ship 1 to 2 business days (not including holidays or weekends) after being placed.

 

Q: Will I be notified when my order ships?

A: Yes, once your order has been shipped, we’ll email you with the tracking information.

 

Q: Can I order a customized Quack Back camouflage with colors of my choice?

A: Absolutely. You can create a customized Quack Back camouflage made with any three pan tone colors you’d like. The price of each customized Quack Back camouflage will depend on how quickly you need the product to ship. Typically, production time runs between 1 and 3 months.

Q: What is the Hooks N Hulls logo? Is there a meaning behind the design?

A: Take a closer look at our logo, and you’ll see it consists of two fishing hooks that create a duck head with an eye, bill, and nostril.

 

Q: Do you accept returns for Hooks N Hulls items I purchase from the website?

A: Yes, you can return any purchase made on our website for any reason within 15 days of the item(s) shipment. See below for more information on how to return items.

 

Q: I want to return my purchase from the Hooks N Hulls website. What do I do?

A: First, make sure the item you want to return is in the same condition you received it and still has all its original tags. Then, to request a return authorization, please contact info@HooksNHulls.com. Please include the following information for each item you want to return when you email us for a return authorization:

  • Item style
  • Item color
  • Item size
  • Reason for your return
  • Order number(s)
  • Date from the applicable product purchase

 

Q: Can I exchange an item from your website rather than returning it?

A: Sure, you can exchange an item at any time on the Hooks N Hulls website without incurring additional shipping charges.

 

To exchange an order, simply return the original item (see the previous question for more information about our return process). You’ll receive a code for free shipping with your return authorization. Using the free shipping code, place a new online order for a replacement item.

 

Q: I live outside the United States. Can you still ship my Hooks N Hulls purchase to me?

A: Sorry, we do not currently offer international shipping. We also do not ship to freight forwarders. At this time, Hooks N Hulls only ships to U.S. addresses (including Hawaii and Alaska).

A: While not always the case with individual items, the majority of our products that are offered on our website are also available in our U.S. retail stores while supplies last.

 

Q: How can I return a gift I received from Hooks N Hulls?

A: If you want to return a gift, we can credit you with a gift card. If you were gifted a Hooks N Hulls item you’d like to return for credit, please email returns@hooksnhulls.com.

 

Q: A portion of my item did not ship. Will I still be charged?

A: No, if an item doesn’t ship, you won’t be charged for it.

 

Q: What’s your price adjustment policy?

A: The Hooks N Hulls policy allows for a one-time price adjustment for items marked down within 15 days of your purchase. Items that were purchased using coupons or promotional discounts won’t be eligible for price adjustments.

 

To receive a price adjustment for an online order, email returns@hooksnhulls.com within 15 days of your purchase. Please include your order number in the email message.

 

Q: The item I want is out of stock. Can you let me know when it’s been restocked?

A: We can send you an email when an item comes back in stock. All you have to do is enter your email address on the item page where it gives you the option to be notified.

 

Q: I want to leave a review about my item. How do I do that?

A: To leave a review, go to the product review app.

 

Q: How can I sign up for promotions and events?

A: To sign up for promotions and events, create an account. Then, you’ll begin receiving email notifications.

 

Q: How do I change my account password?

A: If you’ve forgotten your account password or would just like to change your password, follow the instructions below.

  1. Go to the account login page.
  2. Select the “Forgot?” option in the password field.
  3. Enter the email address you used to create your account and click, “Email instructions.”
  4. Enter a new password and confirm it.
  5. Select “Reset password.”

 

Q: I no longer want to receive emails anymore? What do I do?

A: There should be an “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of your email you can click to stop receiving emails.

 

Q: How do I care for my item?

A: Care instructions for all garments are included on the label.

 

Q: I’m not sure what size I am. How can I determine my size?

A: On our product page, you’ll find size specifications to help you determine what’s right for you.
